The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Leigh Town Centre.
A/24/97428/FULL 77 Bradshawgate Leigh. Change of use of existing building from a (Class E) business to a bar/drinking establishment (Sui Generis) together with new shopfront and rooflights, single storey extension to rear and siting of a shipping container to rear yard to be used as toilets.
A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Park Road.
A/24/97626/FULL 55 Park Road Golborne Warrington WA3 3PT. Erection of a single storey pool room to side of existing dwelling for private hire purposes to members of the public.
A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
A/24/97628/VARMAJ B & Q Mini Warehouse Kirkhall Lane Leigh WN7 1RD.
To vary condition 2 (plans) of Planning Permission A/21/92006/MAJOR to allow development to be built in accordance with amended plans.
