The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation

Area: Tyldesley Town Centre.

Application No: A/23/95958/VARMAJ

Development at: Tyldesley Conservative Club Stanley Street Tyldesley Manchester

For Planning Permission: Variation of condition 4 of previously approved A/18/85266/MAJOR to allow for the installation of white upvc windows. Retrospective application.

Applicant: Mr Kim Landa

A planning application has been submitted to, and determined by Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.

An appeal has subsequently been lodged with the Planning Inspectorate by the applicant.
