What is planned?

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS (AMENDMENT) (ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2010

The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 12 September 2024 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

KINGTON LANGLEY PL/2024/07156 - Indurent Park, Erect 2 units falling within Use Class B8 (storage and distribution) and 2 units falling within flexible Use Class B2 (general industrial) / Use Class B8 (storage and distribution) / Use Class E(g)(iii) (industrial processes)/parking/landscaping/ancillary development;

KINGTON ST. MICHAEL PL/2024/07457 & PL/2024/07619 - Hazeland House, 32 Kington St Michael, Regularisation of replacement windows and doors and the erection of driveway gates (retrospective)/install underfloor heating in kitchen (retrospective)/erect driveway gates (retrospective)/external painting of rear of property;

SUTTON BENGER PL/2024/07090 - Land East of Church View, Sutton Lane, Modify Section 106 agreement pursuant to 20/03876/OUT;

PL/2024/07675 - Appletrees, 6 High Street, Extension/internal alterations/replacement garage/shed and gates/relocated greenhouse/new fence/paving/air source heat pump/photovoltaic panels.
