Application Number: SMD/2024/0365 Applicant: Mr S Patel for Acheron Care Ltd Proposal: Application for Removal of Condition 5 in relation to application SMD/2024/0127 Location: THE GRANGE Oakamoor Road Highshutt The proposed development may affect the setting of a Listed Building.
Application Number: SMD/2024/0355 Applicant: Mr Andrew Carter Proposal: The refurbishment, conversion, and repair of a vacant Victorian property in Leek town centre, to create 3 no. residential units. Due to structural issues, the conversion work will also include taking down and rebuilding the existing two-storey brick front elevation and roof Location: Rear Of 14 Derby Street Leek.
