Intended Lease of open space land at Queen’s Park, Caterham, CR3 5RB
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tandridge District Council intends to grant a lease of land forming part of an open space to Aggregate Industries UK Ltd t/a Spadeoak for a term commencing on 30th August 2024 and for a duration of one month. The land is described in the Schedule below.
A plan showing the land may be viewed at the Council’s offices or a copy of the plan may be requested by contacting: legalhelpdesk@tandridge.gov.uk
Any representations or objections on the intended lease must be made in writing for the attention of: Legal Department, Council Offices, 8 Station Road East, Oxted, Surrey RH8 0BT or by email: legalhelpdesk@tandridge.gov.uk quoting reference CT/LEGAL/8578 to be received no later than 5pm on 29th August 2024.
SCHEDULE: two parcels of land firstly adjacent to the Caterham Croquet Club and secondly to the rear of the Pavilion at Queen’s Park, Caterham, CR3 5RB shown edged red on the plan.
