TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING  (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE)  (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

The following planning applications have been received which constitute Major Development

1.  Erection of 18 dwellings with garages, formation of adoptable road, private road and parking spaces and new car park and beer garden for the Liberal Club at Birkenshaw Liberal Club, 10, Croft Street, Birkenshaw. Application No. 2024/91853.

2.  Variation conditions 2-6, 15, 29 on previous permission 2021/92528 for erection of retail development, associated parking, servicing areas and landscaping at Land off, Bankwood Way, Birstall Retail Park, Birstall, Batley. Application No. 2024/91591

Copies of applications, including the submitted plans, along with their progress, can be viewed on the Planning Service website – www.kirklees.gov.uk/planning Anyone who wishes to make representations about an application, we strongly advise you do so via:

•    in writing (Please note there will be delays in  processing these due to disruptions to the postal  service and limited staff resources) to Kirklees  Council, Planning and Development Service, PO Box  1720, Huddersfield, HD1 9EL. within 21 days of the date of this publication*.

All representations should include your name and address. Anonymous representations will not be taken into account.
