24/01692/FPH Wellside Cottage Smiths End Lane Barley Royston Hertfordshire SG8 8LJ Erection of detached outbuilding with external stairs to access first floor office space and incorporating 4no. roof lights following demolition of existing outbuilding and shed. 24/01711/FPH Mill Corner Farm Jacksons Lane Reed Royston Hertfordshire SG8 8AB Installation of electric gates and associated brick piers to existing vehicular access, including pedestrian side gate. Erection of timber clad shed with associated 1.8m high timber fencing and installation of gates to the area south of the gym.

PROPOSAL CONSTITUTING MAJOR DEVELOPMENT

24/01694/S73 Johnson Matthey Pic Orchard Road Royston Hertfordshire SG8 5HE Variation of Condition 2 (revised plans) of planning permission 23/02625/FP granted 22.02.2024 for Erection of Industrial Building (3CR Annex), Link Bridge and other associated works. The application details can be viewed on the Council's web site at www.north herts.gov.uk/home/planning. Any person who wishes to make representations about the PROPOSAL should submit them in writing to this office by no later than 23 days from the date of this notice. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which Is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
