S.24/1165/FUL Mr Grant, Land North Of Bath Road, Bath Road, Leonard Stanley. Erection of 34 low carton dwellings including 10 affordable units, vehicular access off Batti Road, and associated public open space including a community orchard, landscaping and infrastructure (1,2,8).
S.24/0865/FUL Mr Gregory, 2 & 3 Bushy Beeches, The Camp, Stroud. Replace timber cladding to both properties. Remove redundant chimney stacks. Replace timber front door to 2 Bushy Beeches (7).
S.24/1324/FUL & S.24/1325/LBC Mr Smith, Clayprts Farm, Claypits. New fencing, replace rear, side porch with timber framed glazed porch, rear single-storey extension, and barn conversion for ancillary use (5,7).
S.24/1440/HHOLD Mr & Mrs Gardiner, 9 London Road, Stroud. Replace windows on the northeast and northwest elevations (Retrospective) (7).
S.24/144B/VAR Mr Ryder, Rodborough Community Hall , Butterrow West. Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) and removal of condition 6 (EV charging) from S.22/1837/FUL - reduction in scale of the building (2,7).
S.24/1371/HHOLD Mr Coles, 75 London Road, Brimscombe. Alterations to the retrospective erection of an existing garage. Resubmission (7).
S.24/1448/HHOLD Ms Harding, 14 Butt Street, Minchinhampton. Single storey side extension & two storey rear extension (7).
S.24/1458/HHOLD Mrs Graesser, Junipers, Edge Road, Painswick. Extension and conversion of existing garage into an annexe (7).
S.24/1457/LBC Faulkener, Manor Farm, Broad Street, Kings Stanley. Repair / replace existing windows and surrounds. Removal of cement render & repointing of the stonework in lime mortar. Resubmission (5,7).
