NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990

The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012

We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.

MD – Application No. 46/2024/1200 – Green Gates, Cwttir Lane, St. Asaph - Demolition of existing buildings, change of use of land from agricultural land to a new nature reserve and habitat creation comprising of the restoration of existing ponds, the creation of new ponds, the creation of a wetland area adjacent to two small watercourses and creation of woodland and grassland habitat areas, construction of a permissive pathway and engineering works to create a raised viewing area together with associated works.

LB – Application No. 02/2024/1165 – The Post Office, St Peters Square, Ruthin - Internal and external alterations including the installation of canopy, CCTV cameras and lighting to side elevation and air source heat pumps to rear. Refurbishment and painting of exterior. Alteration or replacement of windows and doors and associated works (Listed Building Application).

LB – Application No. 01/2024/1169 – 30 High Street, Denbigh - Display of fascia sign (Listed Building Application).

LB – Application No. 01/2024/1181 – 56 Vale Street, Denbigh - Change of use of offices to form one dwelling, including internal and external alterations and associated works (Listed Building Application).

LB – Application No. 43/2024/1190 – Nant Hall Hotel Prestatyn Road, Prestatyn - Change of use of hotel to residential care home, including alteration to fenestrations, replacement fire escape, internal and external alterations and associated works (Listed Building Application).
