In accordance with the above act and related legislation, notice Is hereby given that the application forms, revised plans and the further environmental statement information and other documents submitted in relation to the proposal noted below may be viewed and/or downloaded from the London Legacy Development Corporation's Planning Register on the following website: https://planning.agileapplications.co.uk/lldc.

Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement or may obtain printed and electronic copies of the Environmental Statement and Non-Technical Summary from WSP in the UK, 6 Devonshire Square, London, EC2M 4YE. Table below sets out the costs related to the volumes of the ES available.

Application Reference No: 24/00122/OUT Application Site: Bow Goods Yard, Bow, London, E3 2TB Description of Proposal: Outline Application (all matters reserved except for points of access) for the comprehensive redevelopment of the site, including demolition to provide a total maximum overall built floorspace of 190, 000m2 (GEA), comprising Employment and Industrial Uses with up to a maximum floorspace of 5, 000m2 Concrete and Aggregate plants (use class B2), up to 61, 000m2 storage and distribution (use class B8), 5, 000m2 commercial space (use class E(a)/(b)), 21, 000m2 Office space (use class E(g)(i)), Up to 46, 000m2 of workspace (use class E(g)(li)/(ili)), up to 47, 000m2 Van parking (Sui Generis), up to 18, 000m2 of Freight Aggregate and Storage (Use Class Sui Generis), Up to 36, 000m2 Leisure uses (use classes (E)(d), F2 and Sui Generis), vehicle parking, creation of new landscaping, public realm, Infrastructure and associated works. This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

The application has been revised with further information submitted, which includes replacement parameter plans, which include the reduction in scale of the proposals, updated design codes and parameter plans report, as well as updated application documents and revised chapters within the Environmental Statement. The revised documents are set out In the Updated Schedule of Application Documents by Montague Evans dated 7th August 2024.
