24/01238/FULM Proposed development at Elvington Water Treatment Works, Kexby Lane, Elvington York. We give notice that Downing LLP is applying to the City of York Council for planning permission for Installation of a solar photovoltaic array with associated infrastructure including transformer, security fencing, pole mounted CCTV, temporary construction access and compound and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application at: http://www.york.gov.uk/planning by inserting the above reference number.
