What is planned?

The Town and Country Planning (Modification and Discharge of Planning Obligations) Regulations 1992 NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO MODIFY OR DISCHARGE A PLANNING OBLIGATION UNDER SECTION 106A OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Notice is given that an application has been made to the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham by Barking Dog Developments Ltd. to modify the planning obligation(s) described below:

Application Number: 24/01158/S106A

Proposal: Modification of Clause 2.2 of Schedule 1 of the Section 106 Agreement dated 29 May 2018 from application 16/00981 /FUL as varied by application 22/00100/VAR dated 25/11/2022, to release the obligation to provide the Dwellings as Private Rented Sector (PRS) Units.

Location: Techware Games, Bms House, 1 Wantz Road, Dagenham, Barking And Dagenham, RM10 8PS
