Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
The Following Planning Application has been submitted to Arun District Council.
The construction of seven houseblocks (3 storey), property storage (1 storey), offender management unit (one storey), healthcare unit (3 storey) multi faith unit (one storey) and car park (80 spaces) at HMP Ford Category D Prison, Ford Road, Ford, Arundel BN18 0BX.
The Planning Application is submitted on behalf of Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representation about this application should write to the Council at planning@arun.gov.uk by 14 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.
Once validated the planning application will be able to viewed on the Council’s website https://www.arun.gov.uk/planning-search.”
