b) Erection of a replacement dwelling following
demolition of existing dwelling (Resubmission of
23/01877/PLF) at Church View Market Weighton
Road North Cliffe YO43 4UZ (Ref: 24/02266/PLF)
Proposal (b) affects the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) is a major development.
