Planning application for Change of use from class E use to education use (class F) (Listed Building within a Conservation Area) and Listed Building Consent for erection and installation of signs (within a Conservation Area) at Alice In Groomingland, 7, Beast Market, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2024/92028 & 2024/92023.

8. Change of use and alterations to convert former Bistro Cafe to residential dwelling house at 11, Station Road, Marsden, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/91874.

The following planning application has been received which is for Discharge of Conditions of a Listed Building Consent

9. Discharge condition 3 (Re-rendering) on previous permission 2022/93047 for Listed Building Consent for building repairs and demolition and replacement of unsafe structures (within a Conservation Area) at 13, Cuckoo Lane, Honley, Holmfirth. Application No. 2024/92037.
