The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:

A/24/97405/CU Tudor House Hotel New Market Street Wigan WN1 1SE. Change of use from hotel (Class C1) to mixed use including 15-bedroom, 15 Person House in Multiple Occupation (Sui Generis), café (Class E(b)) and office (Class E(g)(i)), with bin stores to front and rear of property.

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building. The application forms and plans can be viewed on our website
