What is planned?

Leicester City Council as Local Planning Authority have received the following applications, which may be inspected at www.leicester.gov.uk/planningdatabase or at the Customer Service Centre, 91 Granby Street, LE1 6FB. Anyone wishing to make comments on an application should do so within 21 days (excluding bank holidays) of the date of this notice, at www.leicester.gov. uk/planningdatabase using the Application Number. Any comments received will be placed on a file and on the council’s web site, which anyone can see.

*20240918: 2 Burlington Rd: 1 storey extensions to side; dormer to rear. Stoneygate Conservation Area. Setting of 22 Avenue Rd (Grade II Listed).

20241158: Hospital Close

Variation of Condition 2 (Materials) of permission 20230911 (Change of use of hospital staff accommodation & surrounding land to residential to form 100 self-contained flats (32 x 2-bed; 68 x 3-bed) (Class C3)) to amend trigger for submission of material details. Major application.
