Applications for planning permission have been submitted for:
24/00763/OUFMEI - Hybrid planning application consisting of a Full planning application for demolition in Development Zones B, C and D and erection of Blocks A - D in Development Zones A, B and C comprising 15,677 sqm (168,750 sqft) of floorspace for Use Classes E (g), B2 and B8 use, including ancillary office accommodation, service yards, car parking and HGV parking (Zone B); new/rationalised car parking (Zone C); revised access and circulation roads plus new circulation roads, earthworks, drainage, ecology zone and related ecological mitigation measures, landscaping and ancillary works and Outline planning application for the redevelopment and/or remodelling of existing employment units/floorspace for Use Classes E (g), B2 and B8 use including ancillary internal office accommodation up to 36,938 sqm (397,602 sqft) net floorspace, service yards, car parking, HGV parking, internal circulation, landscaping and ancillary works (Development Zone D) at Drayton Manor Business Park, Coleshill Road, Fazeley, Tamworth. This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Applications for Listed Building Consent/ Planning permission within a Conservation Area have been submitted for:
24/00871/FUH - Erection of an outbuilding, installation of rear dormer and front canopy at 27 Hints Road, Hopwas, Tamworth, Staffordshire.
The above application(s) are available for inspection on the Lichfield District Council website https://www.lichfielddc.gov.uk/planning. Representations should be made via either the website or email to Neighbour.Responses@lichfielddc.gov.uk, within 21 days of this notice. The Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 requires that any representations received must be available for inspection and may be copied.
