Intended Lease of open space land at Whyteleafe Recreation Ground, Hillbury Road, Whyteleafe, CR3 0ER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tandridge District Council intends to grant a lease of land forming part of an open space to Aggregate Industries UK Ltd t/a Spadeoak for a term commencing on 30th August 2024 and for a duration of one month. The land is described in the Schedule below.
A plan showing the land may be viewed at the Council’s offices or a copy of the plan may be requested by contacting: legalhelpdesk@tandridge.gov.uk
Any representations or objections on the intended lease must be made in writing for the attention of: Legal Department, Council Offices, 8 Station Road East, Oxted, Surrey RH8 0BT or by email: legalhelpdesk@tandridge.gov.uk quoting reference CT/LEGAL/8578 to be received no later than 5pm on 29th August 2024.
SCHEDULE: land forming part of Whyteleafe Recreation Ground, Hillbury Road, Whyteleafe shown edged red on the plan.
