What is planned?

LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 123(2A) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 -DISPOSAL OF LAND INCLUDING OPEN SPACE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Barnet ("the Council") is intending to dispose of the area of land ("the Land")

described in the Schedule to this Notice by granting a lease. The Land consists of or forms part of an open space. The plans showing the Land may be viewed at the reception areas at the following locations:-

1. London Borough of Barnet, 2 Bristol Avenue, London NW9 4EW (Mondays to Fridays between 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding public holidays))

2. Hendon Town Hall, The Burroughs, London NW4 4BQ (Mondays to Fridays between 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding public holidays)

Before making any further decision on the proposed disposal of the Land, the Council will consider any objections or written representations received by 5.00pm on 20th September 2024. All objections or written representations should be addressed to: Estates Business Support, Barnet Estates, Property Services London Borough of Barnet,

2 Bristol Avenue, London NW9 4EW.

Alternatively, representations can be submitted by email to estates.businesssupport@barnet.gov.uk quoting reference: "Transfer of Metropolitan Open land at Woodfield Park" by 5.00pm on 20th September 2024. This Notice will be advertised in the local press for two consecutive weeks from

15th August 2024.
