NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 12(3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at:

1) FPL/2024/199 - Maes Merddyn, Brynsiencyn

2) ADV/2024/4 - Cyttir Mawr Local Nature Reserve, Llandegfan.

I give notice that:
1) Williams Homes (Bala) Ltd

2) Cwm Cadnant Community Council is applying to the ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL for planning permission to:

1) Full application for the erection of 31 affordable dwellings including 8 flats together with associated development on land at

2) Application for Advertisement Consent for the installation of three non-illuminated signs and two information display panels at The proposed development would affect a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 applies. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans, and other documents submitted by searching the application number on the public register on the Council’s website https://ioacc.force.com/ s/?language=en_GB
