AMENDED PLANS APPLICATIONS
HS/FA/24/00245 59 London Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Change of use and conversion of the building from offices with use class E(c)(ii) to 3 x flats C3 residential accommodation at lower ground floor, first and second floor. Ground floor use to remain within use class E. Proposed new ground floor shop front.
