HS/LB/24/00503 St Mary Magdalen Church, Church Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Replacement of lower roof on south elevation.The roof will be raised 25mm to allow for a breathable membrane.

AMENDED PLANS APPLICATIONS
HS/FA/24/00245 59 London Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Change of use and conversion of the building from offices with use class E(c)(ii) to 3 x flats C3 residential accommodation at lower ground floor, first and second floor. Ground floor use to remain within use class E. Proposed new ground floor shop front. Proposed demolition of the existing rear extension and replacement with a new rear extension at lower ground floor, ground floor and first floor level. Basement level excavation works and proposed reinstatement of existing lightwell. Window repair and replacement. Renovation and internal alterations to the building.(Amended Description). Proposed Amendment: Amendment to red line drawing to correct errors on block plan and site location plan.

Comments about applications can be made online or sent to the Planning Services Manager within 21 days from the date of this notice or 14 days for amended plans. An additional day will be added for each bank/public holiday in England that falls during the consultation period. Comments received are public documents and will be published on the internet. Requests for confidentiality cannot be accepted.
