I give notice that the following applications have been made to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission:
APP/24/00848/F Demolish existing store and roof canopy, demolish existing lean-to extension. Remove existing kitchen door to north, replace missing roof to existing extension to south and add new metal railings. APP/24/00886/F Variation of conditions 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 10 & 14 of planning permission APP/23/00206/P. Vary conditions 1, 4 & 8 to allow for phasing, vary conditions 2 and 10 to correct plan references & vary conditions 5 and 14 to reduce BREEAM rating from 'excellent' to 'very good'.
