NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1)Outline application (landscape reserved matters) for demolition of existing mix use building and erection of new 3-storey mix use building with ground floor pharmacy with 10 residential dwellings above, parking, access, bins and cycle provision at 18 Station Road Longfield (Application Ref. No. DA/24/00516/OUT)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

2)Change of use of restaurant to mixed use comprising of restaurant and drive through take-away. External alterations including to car park for addition of order and collection lane, provision of collection window and other associated works and equipment. (Application Ref. No. DA/24/00856/FUL) at Unit 14 Prospect Place & Part Of Car Park Dartford Kent

and the proposal would in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority affect the setting of a Listed Building

3)Hip to gable roof extension to side elevation, dormer window to rear elevation & 2 No rooflight windows to front elevation in connection with providing additional rooms in the roof space at 2 Lambert Mews Southfleet Kent (Application Reference: DA/24/00840/FUL)

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Hook Green Conservation Area and in addition, affect the setting of a Listed Building, and which could be a Departure from the Adopted Development Plan.
