NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14

TEWKESBURY BOROUGH COUNCIL

THE BOROUGH OF TEWKESBURY (PUBLIC FOOTPATH ABA57 BENTHAM COUNTRY CLUB, BENTHAM) DIVERSION ORDER 2024

THE above Order was made on the 31st July 2024. The effect of the Order will be to divert the public footpath running from points C (OS Grid Reference 91350, 16293) and D (OS Grid Reference 91209,16250) on the submitted site plan and an alternative footpath route from points A (91297, 16373) to B (91162,16307) as shown on the Order map.

A copy of the Order and map (reference: 24/00341/ FTP) can be viewed online, at the Council’s website at: https://publicaccess.tewkesbury.gov.uk or in person, at Tewkesbury Borough Council, Gloucester Road, Tewkesbury GL20 5TT from 8.30a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays and 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Fridays. Please book an appointment before visiting the Council offices by email at Development.Applications@tewkesbury.gov.uk. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased at a cost of £1.00.

Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent by email to Development.Applications@tewkesbury. gov.uk or delivered in writing addressed to the Head of Development Services, Tewkesbury Borough Council, Gloucester Road, Tewkesbury, GL20 5TT, not later than Friday 20th September 2024. Please state the grounds on which any representations are made. 

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council for the Borough of Tewkesbury may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
