NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND SPELTHORNE BOROUGH COUNCIL

Local Government Act 1972 Section 123(1), (2A)

NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF LAND

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Spelthorne intends to dispose, by way of a Lease, a parcel of land which is for identification purposes described in the schedule to this notice and shown cross-hatched on the plan referred to in the schedule. The plan is available for inspection at the Council Offices Knowle Green, Stainesupon-Thames TW18 1XB by a pre-arranged appointment only or viewed on the Council’s website at www.spelthorne. gov.uk

This is a formal notice given insofar as the above parcel of land consists or forms part of an open space within the meaning of the above Section, being used for the purposes of public recreation.

Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the Interim Group Head of Corporate Governance, Spelthorne Borough Council, Council Offices, Knowle Green, Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey TW18 1XB to be received no later than by midday on 29th August 2024. Any objections will be considered by the appropriate Officers or Members of the Council.
