The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice.

Reason for notice: Application for Listed Building Consent

Application No: 2024/00906/LBC Application Type: Listed Building Consent

Location: 2 (bank House) And 4 (dial House), Dial Street, Warrington, WA1 2NX.

Proposal: Minor Internal Changes to and Window Replacement to 1no Dwelling and 2no Apartments

Applicant: MS2C Developments Limited.

Reason for notice: Affects the Setting of a Listed Building

Application No: 2024/00910/FULH Application Type: Full Planning – Householder

Location: 11 Mill Lane, Lymm, Warrington, Lymm, WA13 9SD

Proposal: Proposed Alterations of dwelling house to include re-arrangement of interior walls to existing kitchen/WC and bedrooms, removal of existing balcony and replacement with two storey extension, alterations to existing annex to the interior and replacement of the roof, conversion of existing coach house to ancillary accommodation in association with dwelling house, repair and repainting of the exterior walls, slate roof and timber windows to match existing. Reason for notice: Application for Listed Building Consent

Application No: 2024/00939/LBC Application Type: Listed Building Consent

Location: St Cross Church Green Lane, Appleton, Warrington, WA4 5NT

Proposal: Erection of handrails to the steps of the north porch Applicant: PCC of St Cross.
