All comments must be received within 7 days and will go on public view.
PL/24/0846: Napier Court, Napier Road, Reading: Demolition of existing buildings and erection of new buildings of 11 and 12 storeys, with amenity space at roof level (part indoor and set back), to provide 576 build to rent residential dwellings (Class C3) with residential amenity space, parking, landscaping, and associated engineering works.
PL/24/0619: Bel & Dragon Restaurant, Gas Works Road, Reading: Proposed temporary change of use of the existing public house to a public house staff training facility, for a temporary period of up to five years.
PL/24/0930: Flat B, 3 Alexandra Road, Reading: Replacement of existing wooden front door. Replacement of living room and kitchen windows. Replacement of hallway window (above front door). Replacement of bathroom window.
PL/24/0951: Almshouses, Castle Street, Reading: Re-glaze, draughtproof and overhaul existing sash windows not covered by Listed Building Consent Ref:221578 to improve thermal performance and restore functionality, as defined in submitted proposed plans; and erect a small building to store two mobility scooters, with electric charging points and disability access. PL/24/0952: The Sun PH, 16 Castle Street, Reading: Retrospective application for erection of illuminated sign A - one X retrospective sign written house name. Sign B - two X retrospective cowl lights to illuminate sign A.
PL/24/0989: 175 Friar Street, Reading: Change of use from Class E (commercial, business and service) to C3 (dwelling houses) to comprise 6 flats. Prior Notification under Class MA, Part 3 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 without complying with Condition 3 (noise mitigation) of consent ref. 220577 - in order to amend the condition to a compliance condition.
