Affecting the Setting of a Listed Building Affecting or Adjacent to a Public Right of Way 6/8/24/002: Proposed erection of 9no. affordable dwellings and 7no. principal residence only dwellings, including access, extension of footway, drainage infrastructure, landscaping and associated works. - Land at Dunkery View Farm and North of Higher Park Lane Wheddon Cross.
Affecting or Adjacent to a Conservation Area Affecting or Adjacent to a Public Right of Way WTCA 24/14: Works to tree in a conservation area: T1 (Yew) – to pollard at the main branch / trunk union at a height of 3m to 4m. - Combe View The Drang Porlock Somerset TA24 8LF.

Applications can also be inspected during normal office hours at ENPA, Exmoor House, Dulverton, or alternatively for Devon applications at NDC, Lynton House, Commercial Road, Barnstaple, or for Somerset applications at WSC, Killick Way, Williton. Any person or organisation who wishes to make representations about any of the applications should quote the reference number and, within 21 days of this notice, e-mail direct to plan@exmoor-nationalpark.gov.uk or write to Planning Section at ENPA. All representations will be open to public inspection and published on the ENPA website.
