Alterations to fenestration and window and door openings to include installation of 2no. new timber framed folding windows to replace existing window and boarded up door and fanlight, and installation of a new door following the removal of an existing window to the south elevation, installation of new timber framed entrance door to replace existing to the south west (corner) elevation, and installation of new timber framed sliding window to replace existing to the west elevation at ground floor level.
