24/39389/HOU - Leafields Farm Uttoxeter Road Grindley - Extensions and alterations to existing dwelling to include single storey rear extension and balcony, and retention of side extension and re-facing of part of existing dwelling
24/38632/FUL - Beffcote Farm Gnosall Road Beffcote - Construction of an agricultural building for the housing of calves
The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 (public rights of way) applies.
Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 4 September 2024.
