What is planned?

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BARKING AND DAGENHAM TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 (THE "ACT") THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BARKING AND DAGENHAM STOPPING UP OF PART OF HIGHWAY AT GASCOIGNE ESTATE PHASE 3B DOVEHOUSE MEAD BARKING ORDER 2024 No2

THE MAYOR AND BURGESSES OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BARKING AND DAGENHAM ("THE COUNCIL") hereby gives notice that it has made an Order under section 247 of the above Act and shall be entitled The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham

Stopping Up of Part of Highway at Gascoigne Estate Phase 3B Dovehouse Mead Barking Order 2024 No2, in order to enable the development to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Act, to the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham by the said Council being the Local Planning Authority on 17 February 2023 under Application Reference No. 21/02176/FULL.

COPIES OF THE ORDER AND RELEVANT PLAN MAY BE INSPECTED

during 28 days commencing on 21 August 2024 on the Council's Website https://www.lbbd.gov.uk/estates-renewal

and may be obtained free of charge (quoting ref: PRF IKEN 029246) by post from the address below.

ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED BY THE ORDER and desiring to question the

validity thereof, or any other provision contained therein, on the ground that

is it not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that

Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in

relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of 21 August 2024 apply to the

High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or any provision

contained therein.
