Cotton (CDP) - DC/24/03416 Willow House Mendlesham Road Cotton IP14 4RE. Erection of two storey detached outbuilding providing garaging/home office and gym including covered terrace area (following the demolition of the existing outbuildings).

Drinkstone (ALB) - DC/24/03443 Abbots Lodge The Street Drinkstone IP30 9SX. Erection of 2.5 bay garage.

Eye (ALB) - DC/24/03003 Burnt House Farm Hoxne Road Eye IP23 7NL. Erection of a 295.68kWp ground mounted Solar PV Array & 444kWh containerised battery storage installation to supply renewable low carbon electricity.

Eye (LBC)(CON) - DC/24/03397 5 Cross Street Eye IP23 7AB. Removal of all exterior lime render from the front of house, fit wool insulation between the timber frame, re-rendered with 2 coats of lime render and paint same colour as original. Re-paint all windows, front door including fascias and soffits. Re-paint side of house to match front of property.

Horham And Athelington (CDP) - DC/24/03374 Malsters Chapel Lane Horham IP21 5ES. Erection of detached annex building for use by family member ancillary to host dwelling.

Hoxne (LBC)(CON) - DC/24/02988 The Old Wheelwrights Cross Street Hoxne IP21 5AJ. Reinstate Reed and Lime mortar torching between tile battens on Front roof (North-East Facing). Re-batten and re-fit original pantiles (black glazed) Replace window situated above the side door (facing North East).

Hoxne (LBC)(CON) - DC/24/02987 The Old Wheelwrights Cross Street Hoxne IP21 5AJ. Remove pantiles on roofs, install new treated battens, new breathable waterproof membrane and replace/reuse lead flashing, repoint chimney as required, replace rotten bargeboards, facias or soffits, as required, replace original pantiles.

Application under S73a for the Removal or Variation of a Condition following grant of DC/19/00674 dated 19/03/2019 Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) - Creation of subterranean rifle range with parking area. To vary Condition Number 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) and 20 (Hours of Use) as per revised details.

Offton (CDP)(ALB)(PROW) - DC/24/03238 Moat House Farm Bildeston Road Offton IP7 7DB. Application under S73a for Removal or Variation of a Condition following grant of Planning Permission DC/23/02498 dated 06/12/2023 Erection of 1 No single storey dwelling following demolition of agricultural barn. Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) To vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) and Condition 8 (Demolition) and remove Condition 19 (Agreement of Materials); to amend approved drawings to show revised materials, amend wording for demolition of barn to 6 months from occupation to allow use of barn during construction, remove materials condition as dealt with by submission of new plans and documents.

Application under Section 19 of The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended) for DC/23/02988 dated 19.01.2024 - Construction of 1No. dwellinghouse using reclaimed materials following demolition of barns (Alternative design to conversion approved and implemented on site under DC/17/04292 and DC/17/04293 (LBC) - To vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) to allow design changes as shown on supporting documents and revised plans.

Application under S73a for Removal or Variation of a Condition following grant of Planning Permission DC/23/02987 dated 19.01.2024. Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) -Construction of 1 No. dwellinghouse using reclaimed materials following demolition of barns (Alternative design to conversion approved and implemented on site under DC/17/04292 and DC/17/04293 (LBC)).-To vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) to allow design changes.

Thurston (ALB)(CDP) - DC/24/03451 Land At Mill Farm Barton Road Thurston IP31 3QA. Application under S73 for the Removal of Variation of a Condition following submission of DC/22/00603 dated 20/11 /2023 - Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) - Erection of 1 No. dwelling, cartlodge with games room over and new vehicular access (following demolition of outbuildings) installation of ground source heat pump and solar panels, creation of pond, landscaping and sewage treatment plant, pond, landscaping, sewage treatment plant and vehicular access - To vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) - To allow for demolition of outbuildings on site.

Walsham Le Willows (CON)(ALB)(LBC) - DC/24/03403 & DC/24/03404 The Woodlands Finningham Road Walsham Le Willows IP31 3BQ. Re-render all elevations, re-roof main house and lean-to, lay new limecrete floors, demolish front porch, repair/rebuild 3 no. chimney stacks, reinstate former door in rear elevation, widen 3 no. windows, replace gable door with window, replace front door, re-open 2 no. fireplace recesses, unblock internal doorway, remove internal partition, demolish partially collapsed outbuilding, demolish brick outbuilding.

Walsham Le Willows (ALB)(LBC) - DC/24/03477 & DC/24/03478 Old Hall Finningham Road Walsham Le Willows IP31 3BN. Reinstate dormer, increase/form window/door openings, remedial works and alterations as detailed in the Schedule of Works.

Wickham Skeith (LBC) - DC/24/03395 Summerseat The Street Wickham Skeith IP23 8LP. Repairs to timber frame along part of the front elevation of the house (sole plate and feet of some studs), replacement of cementitious render with lime render on wooden lath, internal replastering in lime.
