Proposal: Demolition of front external steps, front lean-to extension and rear extension and balcony, fenestration changes to east, south and west elevations, reinstatement of main internal staircase, internal layout changes and external refurbishments.

Proposal: T1, Oak: remove overhanging branches; reduce the crown spread in a westerly direction by up to 2m to leave a spread of approximately 4m, reduce the height by up to 2m to leave a tree with a finished height of 7m; restricting cuts to a maximum of 65mm - this will leave the tree with a balanced and flowing shape.

Proposal: T1, Purple Leaf Plum: reduce western aspect where overhanging neighbouring property by approximately 1.5-2 metres. Prune remaining to shape, including height and lateral spread. Maximum diameter of cuts (MDC) 40mm.

T2, - Ash: crown reduce by up to 2m, crown lift to height of lamppost and ensure a minimum clearance of 2.5m from neighbouring property to south. Remove major hazardous deadwood. MDC 50mm.

T3, Silver Birch: Sreduce compromised northerly co-dominant stem by 1.5m.
