Haven Leisure Limited - Fleetwood Road - Change to Premises Licence
What is planned?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under
Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Haven Leisure Limited in
respect of Premises known as Cala Gran - Funworks
Complex, Fleetwood Road, Fleetwood, FY7 8JY applied to
Wyre Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is: To replace the registered plans
and to extend the area covered by the Premises Licence to
include an additional external terrace including an outdoor
food servery building and to permit the sale of alcohol from
the additional area. The hours for the provision of licensable
activities and the opening hours of the premises will remain
unchanged by this application. Any representations
regarding the above-mentioned application must be
received in writing by the Licensing Department, Wyre
Council, Civic Centre, Breck Road, Poulton le Fylde,
FY6 7PU or via e-mail to licensing@wyre.gov.uk no
later than 4 September 2024 stating the grounds for
representation.The register of Wyre Council and the record
of the application may be inspected at the address of the
council, given above, during normal business hours or on
the council’s website - www.wyre.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
