A/24/97573/RMMAJ Development Land Plot 1, Walthew House Lane, Martland Park, Wigan. Reserved matters approval relating to appearance, landscaping, layout and scale for new employment use building (Use Classes B2/B8 and ancillary office space) with internal access road, car parking and service yard, external lighting, soft landscaping and biodiversity enhancements and associated works pursuant to outline planning permission A/22/93842/OUT.
