Proposed development at: Shotton Paper Mill, Weighbridge Road, Deeside Industrial Park, Connah's Quay, Flintshire, CH5 2UL I give notice that: Shotton Mill Ltd

is applying to the Welsh Ministers for planning permission in respect of Development of National Significance (DNS) which is: Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Facility relating to redevelopment and expansion of Shotton Paper Mill. The generation capacity of the CHP Facility will be 69MWe

Members of the public may inspect copies of:

  • the application;

  • the plans; and

  • other documents associated with it at: County Hall, Mold, CH7 6NB

during all reasonable hours until 16.09.2024 and, online at https://planningcasework.service.gov.wales/ - and search for 3279559

THE APPLICATION IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement from: SLR Consulting Limited, Hermes House, Oxon Business Park, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY3 5HJ for a charge, so long as stocks last. Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application must write to the Welsh Ministers (details below) by 16.09.2024. All representations received will be published online as soon as the deadline has passed.
