THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015: NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15(3) OF AN APPLICATION FOR SUBSEQUENT CONSENT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

? Land at Nova Scotia Farm, Jack Chase Way (West of), West Caister, Great Yarmouth: I give notice that Persimmon Homes has submitted to Great Yarmouth Borough Council an application for subsequent consent, which relates to a major development and EIA development accompanied by an Environmental Statement, for the proposed discharge of Condition 21 of outline pp. 06/19/0676/O: Temporary Traffic Regulation Order for a 40mph speed limit at Jack Chase Way The application is a subsequent application in respect of outline planning permission 06/19/0676/O granted with all matters reserved, except access, for up to 665 dwellings; local centre (to include A1-A5, B1, D1 and other community uses); land for primary school, health centre; plus associated infrastructure and open space.
