NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSITION OF CHARITY LAND

Re: Land at Throstle Lane, Middleton, Leeds, LS10 4EY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 121 of the Charities Act 2011 that the Official Custodian for Charities in the name and on behalf of the Trustees of the charities of Thomas Wade, Alice Lodge, Henry Ambler and others and Richard Simpson (registered charity number 224939) (the Charity) propose to dispose of land held in trust for the Charity.

The land in question is part of the freehold property known as Throstle Recreation Ground, Throstle Lane, Middleton, Leeds, and the proposed disposition is the grant of a drainage easement.

Representations on the proposed disposition may be made to the trustees by 10th September 2024. Representations should be made in writing and sent to their agent, Wrigleys Solicitors LLP, 3rd Floor, 3 Wellington Place, Leeds LS1 4AP for the attention of Caroline Wilson.
