I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that North Norfolk District Council is dealing with the following applications:
FAKENHAM LA/24/1455 Application of blue render with skim coat of cement and repainting (blue), of north-facing elevation; replacement of window with door on south-facing elevation; Fakenham Conservative Club, 1 Whitehorse Street, Fakenham, Norfolk, NR21 8AD for Mr Robert Buchanan; Reasons: e)
FULMODESTON RV/24/1502 Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission PF/21/3458 (Erection of two one-bed tree houses with external works and servicing (to include biorock drainage system and solar panels) to allow design alterations to Treehouse 1 and provision of bin and gas bottle store; Land At Woodland, Browns Covert, Hindolveston Road, Fulmodeston, Norfolk for Nicole Wright; Reasons: b) i)
RAYNHAM RV/24/1486 Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans and documents) of planning permission PF/20/0763 (Change of use of agricultural land to residential and erection of two-storey detached dwelling) to allow single-storey extension, alterations to size/footprint, use of brick instead of flint on north and south elevations and addition of solar panels to garage roof; Land Opposite 9 &10 West Raynham Road, South Raynham, Fakenham, Norfolk, NR21 7HG for Ms Rose Mbure; Reasons: f)
The reasons for the advertisement are: (a) is a major development (b) is contrary to the provisions of the Development Plan (c) affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area (d) affects the setting of a Conservation Area (e) affects a Listed Building (f) affects the setting of a Listed Building (g) affects a Right of Way (h) accompanied by an Environmental Statement (i) affects a public right of way (j) affect setting of Ancient Monument (k) In the Public Interest
The applications and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Council, Holt Road, Cromer NR27 9EN. Any representations should be submitted in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice. If the application is for householder development and permission is refused, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage if it is dealt with on the basis of representations in writing.
