PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 – NOTICES UNDER SECTION 67 & 73
Notice is given that the following planning applications have been made.
Application reference: PL/2024/0001427/ADV. Site address: 8 Upper Precinct. Proposed development: Installation of replacement 1no. fascia sign and 1no. projecting sign. Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building.
Application reference: PL/2024/0001410/HHA. Site address: 43 Hawkes Mill Lane. Proposed development: Extension to existing bungalow on the first floor and at the rear. Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application reference: PL/2024/0001419/FUL. Site address: Canvas, City Point, 2 Gas Street. Proposed development: Internal conversion within existing student accommodation to create 26 new student studio bedspaces. Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.
Application reference: PL/2024/0001288/LBC. Site address: 62 Birmingham Road. Proposed development: Investigatory work to uncover fireplaces that have been boarded up. Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building.
Application reference: PL/2024/0001347/RVC. Site address: Illingworth Signs, Palmer Lane. Proposed development: Variation of Condition 2 – amend approved plans including alterations to the general layout and improvements to the public realm imposed on planning permission FUL/2021/1994. Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
