What is planned?

REDCAR & CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL

TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

*R/2024/0499/CA: Two storey rear extension and raising height of single storey rear extension roof at 8 Lobster Road, Redcar

*R/2024/0523/CA: Bi-fold doors to west elevation at The Gables Cottage, Avon Street, Saltburn

*R/2024/0525/CA: Single storey rear extension at 16 Garnet Street, Saltburn

*R/2024/0530/CA: Pitched roof to rear off shoot and replacement rear flat roof at 2 Eden Street, Saltburn
*As the above applications are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.

R/2024/0428/CA: Installation of door to front elevation at Ivy House, 95 High Street, Skelton

R/2024/0441/AC: Siting of flagpole with flag at The Salvation Army, Westgate, Guisborough

R/2024/0455/CA: Change of use from Nursing Home (Class C2), to Children’s Nursery (Class E(f) / Pre-school (Class F1(a)) with external children’s play area and incorporating Managers apartment within roof void at Laurieston, Leven Street, Saltburn

R/2024/0500/CA: 1no. dwelling with associated parking including side fence and gate and gated access for no. 13 (amended scheme) at land adjacent to 13 Yeoman Terrace/Hall Close, Marske

Applications which affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 67 of The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

R/2024/0454/FF: Timber carport / workshop and log store with solar PV system to roof at Fell Briggs Farm, Grewgrass Lane, New Marske

R/2024/0500/CA: 1no. dwelling with associated parking including side fence and gate and gated access for no. 13 (amended scheme) at land adjacent to 13 Yeoman Terrace/Hall Close, Marske

Applications submitted under Article 15 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015:

**R/2024/0479/RM: Reserved matters application following outline planning permission R/2022/0104/OO for the demolition of outbuildings (cattery) and replace with a residential dwelling at Former Rosedene Cattery, Crow Lane, Lackenby

**(The above proposal does not accord with the provisions of the development plans in force in the area in which the land to which the applications relate are situated).

Anyone who wishes to make representations on the above should make them in writing to the Section within 21 days of the date of this publication.
