ZD24/00403/VAR) Variation of condition no. 16 on application reference number: 21/00902/FULL granted 21/03/2024. Condition 16 is overly prohibitive and will prevent and/or limit financing of the development. The particular restrictions are excessive in terms of their aims to prevent permanent residential occupation of the lodges approved. Lesser requirements and different wording will achieve this aim, and prevent permanent occupation of the development.

ZD24/00244/VAR) Variation of Condition 1C and 1D Attached to Planning Permissions 22/00012/FULL and 22/00013/LBC to Combine Units 3 and 4 into One Larger Dwelling and to Introduce Five Windows to the Eastern Courtyard Elevation to Enable the Conversion and to Comply with Building Regulations
