Mr & Mrs D'Arcy Wyvill - Constable Burton Hall Caravan Park, Constable Burton, Leyburn, North Yorkshire, DL8 5LJ (ref. no. ZD24/00403/VAR) Variation of condition no. 16 on application reference number: 21/00902/FULL granted 21/03/2024. Condition 16 is overly prohibitive and will prevent and/or limit financing of the development. The particular restrictions are excessive in terms of their aims to prevent permanent residential occupation of the lodges approved. Lesser requirements and different wording will achieve this aim, and prevent permanent occupation of the development.
