2024/1345/FPA - Premier Inn, Maude Street, KENDAL, LA9 4QD - Conversion of an existing hotel restaurant into 7 additional hotel bedrooms and a breakfast room, with alterations made to the building.

MAJOR APPLICATIONS

2024/1354/FPA - Burns Beck Moss SSSI Nature Reserve, Killington, CARNFORTH, LA6 2HB -

Restoration of peat bog and river habitat. Man-made drainage ditches will be infilled, and deep trench cell bunds will be constructed to re-create the original water holding capacity of the bog. The historically straightened river channel will be restored to a meandering planform. The existing boardwalk will be repaired and extended to allow wheelchair access.

2024/0616/FPA - Wain Gap, Heaves, KENDAL, LA8 8DX - Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) attached to planning permission SL/2015/0844 (Extension to Wain Gap to form two self-catering units, reception area and toilet/shower facilities and change of use of surrounding woodland to site twelve camping pods, detached storage building, new access track and sewage treatment plant.
