Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2024/1038: 137, Cobham Road, Fetcham, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 9HX, Replacement of timber framed single-glazed window to roof gable with timber framed double-glazed window.
MO/2024/1111: Land at Petersfield Farm, Henfold Lane, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 4RP, Erection of two-storey detached dwelling.
MO/2024/1173: Rusper Track, Rusper Road, Newdigate, RH5 5BX, Erection of a forestry barn for the storage and maintenance of forestry machinery with associated hardstanding for parking and turning and re-wilding of existing motocross course.
MO/2024/1176, MO/2024/1185lbc: Bennetts Grove, Forest Green, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 5PN, Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of a two storey rear extension with Juliet balcony. Replacement of existing barn with a new barn style building with frameless glazed link. Internal works comprising the insertion of partition walls to create a ground floor WC and a first-floor bathroom/dressing room serving the master bedroom within the proposed extension.
MO/2024/1194: St Nicolas Parish Church, Lower Road, Bookham, Surrey, Variation of condition 4 of approved planning permission MO/77/0797 for the erection of an extension of 1248 sq ft (116 sq m) to comprise meeting room with kitchen, stores, porch and lavatory accommodation, to allow the meeting room to be more widely available for community uses.
MO/2024/1195: 15, Middle Street, Brockham, Betchworth, Surrey, RH3 7JT, Erection of a oak framed extension to existing detached garage.
