Reserved Matters Application in respect of Plot 22 within Phase 5E, pursuant to Condition 1.3(v) and Condition 2.1 attached to planning permission F/04687/13 for the comprehensive mixed use redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Area. The application seeks approval for details relating to layout, scale, appearance, access and landscaping for the residential led mixed use development for Plot 22, which will be one building (3 blocks) ranging from 8 to 14 storeys, to provide 148 specialist older persons housing units including associated communal facilities (Use Class C2); flexible retail/leisure use (A1/A2/D1/D2 Use) at ground level; and car parking, cycle parking and refuse storage space at ground and basement levels. 24/2970/HSE: Fenton House Hadley Green West Barnet EN5 4PP. Alterations and reconstruction of the main roof to include 2 rear dormer windows, 2 rooflights, and 2 front-facing conservation rooflights. Reconstruction of one ground floor rear bay window. Replacement of windows with double-glazed units. Replacement of external timber doors and fanlights throughout the property with new timber French doors. Replacement and widening of the front entrance door and sidelights. Addition of a timber sash window to the first-floor southern elevation. Single-storey side extension to the pool house. Alterations to the existing annex, including single-storey front and rear extensions, reconstruction of the roof with replacement of 2 front and rear dormer windows, and a new glazed link to the house. Comprehensive, phased mixed-use redevelopment of the site comprising of residential (C2, C3, and Sui Generis) and a range of town centre uses; flexible commercial business and service, hotel, learning and non-residential (Use Classes E/C1/ F1/ Sui Generis), within a range of tall buildings, together with a new transport interchange, basement bus depot, public realm, car and bicycle parking, public open space, hard and soft landscaping and other associated works. (OUTLINE APPLICATION with full details in respect of access for phases 1, 3 and (in part) 2 and (in respect of part of phase 1) landscaping). Further information provided by the applicant for consultation purposes only (not forming part of the formal description of development set out below): The Outline Planning Application includes an Illustrative Scheme which indicates one way in which the development for which planning permission is being sought could be delivered. The Illustrative Scheme contains:

24/2909/HSE: 4 Priory Close London N20 8BB. New front porch. Single storey rear extension with 1no. rooflight. Changes to fenestration. Reason(s) for advertising: Development in a Conservation Area.
16/6662/FUL: Hasmonean High School 2 - 4 Page Street London NW7 2EU. Demolition of existing Girls school and construction of a new combined Boys and Girls school with vehicular access from Champions Way including 167 car parking spaces and 220 cycle parking spaces, three pedestrian accesses north, east and south of the site, along with associated landscaping (including swales), sports and recreational areas and ancillary buildings for energy centre and service yard, security gatehouse. School drop-off and pick-up space will be set out adjoining land. AMENDED PLANS AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS (Please see GLA Letter dated 11 June 2024).
The Mayor of London has asked the London Borough of Barnet to consider amended plans which have been submitted for the Hasmonean School Proposals. This application was previously reported to a meeting of Barnet's Planning Committee on the 22nd February 2017, and was also subject to a Stage 2 Directive from the Mayor of London dated 17th July 2017. Consultation on the amended plans will take place as normal on a re-consultation and the application will be re-reported to a future meeting of the Strategic Planning Committee and will also be subject to a further referral to the Mayor of London.
