The application can be viewed at www.northyorks.gov.uk Anyone wishing to make representations should do so in writing within 21 days beginning with the date of this notice, NB: excluding any public holidays that occur within the consultation period. In the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission on a Householder Application or advertisement consent on an Advertisement Application there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
