What is planned?

Town & County Planning Act 1990 PUBLIC INQUIRY

At Resource for London, 356 Holloway Rd, London N7 6PA Opening on 10th September 2024 at 9.30am

REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal by Royal UK Properties III LLC Relating to the application to the London Borough of Islington for Demolition of the existing building and construction of a 4-storey building (plus roof top plant enclosure and further basement excavation to the existing basement/ lower ground level), to provide 5,064sqm office floorspace (Use Class E(g)(i)), along with a new substation, cycle parking and changing facilities, refuse and recycling storage, hard and soft landscaping, and associated works at Land at Edward Rudolf House, 69-85 Margery Street, London, WC1X 0JL An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector's discretion, express their views.
