The following application is required to be advertised under the above Acts: Requires EIA

Outline application all matters reserved (except for access at Ricknall Lane) for up to 1,435 dwellings inc. 1,343 (use class C3) residential dwellings & 92 (use class C2) extra care apartments, local centre (use class E & F2), primary school (use class F1), mitigation for nutrient neutrality, associated infrastructure & landscaping, demolition of existing building at High Copelaw Farm. Land To The South Of North East Centre For Autism, Cedar Drive, Copelaw, DL5 6UN (DM/24/01978/OUT). Copies of the Environmental Statement (ES) can be obtained from Ms M Robinson, Stantec, Rotterdam House, 116 Quayside, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne & Wear, NE1 3DX for £350 for a paper copy or £15 for a copy on CD, £10 for Non-Technical Summary, Planning Statement £15.
