b) Erection of outbuilding to side and rear
(retrospective) at 7 Trafalgar Crescent Bridlington
YO15 3NR (Ref: 24/01744/PLF)
Proposals (a,b) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) is a Listed Building scheduled under
Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
